Some visitors come to Pocket for a breakfast sandwich; one diner particularly remembered ordering ham-and-cheese toast with Dijon mustard. The menu also includes ham and egg sandwiches, as well as ham, egg and cheese toast. Choose a sandwich or toast topped with fillings, depending on what you fancy that morning.

For something sweet, there is French toast. One breakfast diner recalled that theirs came with small slices of apple. Cinnamon toast is also on the menu, so you could make a sandwich the main part of your meal and add a sweet toast on the side.

Drinks include hot or iced blended coffee, and a choice of Earl Grey or Darjeeling tea. One person who was not used to drinking coffee tried it black as part of a morning set and found it more to their taste than with sugar. The menu lists Yirgacheffe mocha, a fair-trade, organically grown coffee.

Breakfast is served, and the café is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00. Several customer posts mention that smoking is allowed indoors, a point to bear in mind if smoke is a concern.
